Nice clean, tightly packed shavings for all weather fire starting.
This came with the maximum that could feasibly be packed in the space. The shavings are clean and dry, ready to transfer to packable containers.
I set the product bottle on a paper plate for loose shavings recovery. I use machined aluminum capsules with O-ring seals (Pill Containers) for packing with my field gear. Just be sure to get containers with the threads on the outside of the base, so the shavings don't interfere with the cap seal.
I use tweezers or Jeweler's needle nose pliers to take "pinches" of shavings out of the product bottle that will fit into the capsule without excess scatter. I tamp the shavings down with the tool tip as the container fills for maximum practical amount without losing shavings when removing the cap later.
Much easier than scraping shavings off a solid magnesium bar... especially if your hands are numb from cold weather.
As with any magnesium shavings, they are feather light, and need to be deposited on wind sheltered tinder.

Great alternative to OEM Poly Roof!
The EMP Cooter Brown Roof was easy to install on my 2015 Ace 570, using the included hardware. All mounting holes lined up without need to flex the roof.
A big advantage to this design is that it is the same width for the entire length, for maximum cover.
There is just enough clearance over the ROPS to mount other accessories. I have Polaris Grab Handles mounted over my shoulders, and an 8" tablet tucked up in the roof's "bubble" for easy GPS Map viewing, using RAM mounting components.
We had a heavy snow fall last Winter here in Central Oregon. As a result, we have many trees and saplings leaning across our trails, with limbs hanging down. The limbs easily slide over the top of the roof, with some needing a lift to get above the front edge of the roof. My previous canvas roof would probably have been shredded by now!

Great aid for stroke limited mobility
I now have three of these in .380, 9mm, and .45.
I lost about 80% of feeling and function of my left arm and hand. I cannot pinch to operate normal button type magazine assists.
However, the MAKERSHOT 360 ledge is easy for me to depress with the gap between my thumb and forefinger.
The magazines for my M&P 45 Shield are exceptionally stiff, and this loader makes it an easy task.
