Worth reading but no miracles.
This book has some good insights, but like many self health books it is padded with a lot of “exercise and eat right” advice.

A little disappointing.
I was hoping for more ideas on how to deal with a sociopath. Avoidance is sometimes not practical. The author goes off on tangents about obedience to authority and dictators and such. I would have preferred more useful information. There are some interesting case studies, but I honestly felt like the woodchuck lady, who was not at all charming and did not seem to lie did not fit the profile and was perhaps suffering from attachment disorder as the author herself described earlier in the book.
