Great color, wish battery were longer-lasting

The phone worked well for about 15 months. After that it wouldn't hold a charge. I bought a replacement for the same phone just because I loved the color! Waiting for my two-year contract to end so I can get a better phone.

Colors very dark, but gray coverage is awesome. My new favorite!

Colors are VERY dark, go with something much lighter than your regular color. The gray coverage is the best I've ever had - covers and doesn't fade for weeks. Awesome! Also leaves hair very shiny. I've been using a 4 color for years, now find that even the 6 and 7 are darker than I need. The 00 formulation is for best gray coverage.

Simple to install even without instructions.

My drum unit was running low so I decided to get a drum unit and a toner cartridge even though the toner cartridge wasn't used up. My experience in the past was that it was better to do both pieces at the same time. The toner cartridge was wrapped very well in a hard bubble package with black plastic protective covering. It was very easy to remove the plastic strip in the back that protects the cartridge. After gently rocking the cartridge back and forth a few times, it was easy to slide it into the drum unit until I heard a firm click. The first page I printed was perfect, as have all the subsequent print jobs. The TN360 is the high yield cartridge, advertised at 2600 pages. I don't count pages, but find that they do last a long time.
