  What a wonderful seller! Is sad how people loose their good ratings because of a bad review,,, should be on a steeper grade. This Seller was very generous on an offer , I received excellent communication and it shipped darn quick , the packaging made me smile .   I messaged the seller with a question and got a very prompt response. She sent out my order the very next day. My item is exactly as described and was packaged very well. I would recommend buying from this seller!

  I do NOT recommend this seller. Item NOT as pictured. Pictures are stock photos. The seller sent me a frame with the corners broken. All of the corners were chipped, I couldn’t even hang it on my wall it looked ridiculous! What makes me angry is they packed it up WITH the broken pieces! They knew what they sent me because why take stock photos? It couldn’t have happened in shipping because you placed the broken pieces where they belonged! What you did to me was so wrong!

  Sorry you feel this way. We are sorry your order arrived damaged. All you had to do was let us know and we would have happily made it right. But this is the first we heard about your problem. We would never ship out a damaged item and we stand behind our product and service. Unfortunately things happen in shipping that are out of or control.   5 stars because I can't give 10! Cathy was so helpful--the order was sent to an old address and returned. But she contacted me quickly and reshipped immediately. The TRX was exactly as described--in perfect shape (it's a gift). Highly recommend!

  Item arrived very quickly and in great condition. I thought the shipping costs were a little high but I did receive the item fast. The backpack was exactly as described and pictured. This was a very good purchase for me, I like to use the Little Joe backpacks when I am out and about so I can bring extra things such as cell phone, binoculars and such when exploring.
