Very dry and almost too dry to put on
I love the color and how it lasts but getting it takes too long. I don't know if these were just dried out or if that is the formula as this is my first time using this brand. I have to keep dipping it back to get product on the applicator and its dry almost instantly. Not worth it for what i paid. Avon was my go to but it wasnt waterproof so now ill try Maybelline and hope it works better.
