Dodgy lid, unable to use
The cup is a good size and comes in a large range of colours. It's also metal inside which I hoped would work more efficiently than my previous plastic one. It does keep your drink lovely and hot. I had the cup for 3 days before it became unusable, on the 3rd day the lid popped off and my drink spilled all over, I put the lid back on, turning tight enough to prevent this happening again but now the lid won't tighten properly, it just jeeps turning round and round. I'm really disappointed as, apart from the lid, it was the perfect cup.
