This is a perfect and easily replaceable phone for pre-teen mid-teenagers.
My 13 year old loves this phone! It works great and is cute, compact and durable.
I have not yet figured out how she can get "apps" or games from the phone but I am sure my kid will figure it out way before me.
It works great for parents who aren't ready to give their kiddo an android yet.
My daughter much prefers the keyboard to the touch screens that most phones are now-a-days.
I don't think I would recommend this for non-Tmobile users but it works great for us and our Tmobile plan.
