knobs turn but are not fluid and do not smoothly or completely operate the tongue of latch, chepely built

Cheap, UGLY & defective
product listed as black ,but in fact is an flat automotive primer gray, UGH !! Also have found either lids or pans are warped & some lids will NOT fit well when needing to simmer items
