Seller had moved and misplaced the item but had just found it, told me it would ship next day and would still refund me. Waited a few more days b4 i contacted eBay. I did receive the refund but still had to find more ink. A little frustrating but I would give seller another chance simply bc life happens and moving sucks anyway.

Very Small and Messy.
These run very very small and they are a mess. There’s glitter everywhere. My grandson is five and they barely fit him.

Small and Tight on a child’s head
These were very small and tight on a five-year-old head. I don’t recommend them.

Runs Very Large
Nice hat, decent quality for a costume, but runs big.
