  Item shipped quickly and came as described. It was packaged in a padded brown cardboard envelope mailer. Unfortunately on day of delivery it rained most the day but USPS thought it best practice to place on the uncovered part of the porch. THANKS USPS. Mailer and all internal paper documents and a sticker were waterlogged and unreadable. Luckily the adapter itself was packaged in a small ziplock bag. So whole seller could package items better this was a post office mistake.

  Item was not at first as described (vinyl wasn’t correct variant ) however seller worked to resolve the problem successfully. It did take three attempts to contact the seller about the issue . Hopefully customer service is more attentive at addressing customer concerns in the future.
