It works
Part is replacement model for original that came with our Kenmore range. Replacement part came with a metal adapter so control stem would be correct height when installed. It came with only 1 screw that was required to use adapter piece, but ideally, a second screw should be used to attach in both locations. Functions fine.

older part number, but fits in new Frigidaire side by side
1 von 1 finden das hilfreich Frigidaire changed the design of these type door shelves for their newer refrigerators, presumably to make them more durable, adding additional plastic where it mounts to the door. However, after only 2 months of use, we had a large plastic bottle get wedged in the shelf and when trying to remove the bottle, it lifted the shelf and the shelf cracked and broke off. The clear plastic is just more brittle than the opaque white. I still have refrigerator drawers and shelves from a Whirlpool refrigerator that are over 30 years old that we repurposed in the garage and they are fine. The materials are opaque white plastic, metal, and glass. We had similar problem with clear plastic bins in prior Kenmore fridge cracking and breaking. This white shelf, although not the same part number for our Frigidaire side by side (LFSS2612TF, 25.5cu ft), it fits. As others mentioned, have to be careful to get the back brackets slid into the grooves which requires a little flexing. This was least expensive option and I anticipate it being more durable. Only time will tell. For part numbers, if they end with 01, they are made of white opaque plastic. If the part number ends with 02, it is clear plastic.

Not exactly OEM, but close.
Same shape (straight stem) and markings as OEM on 1993 Mercury Villager, although has coverplate on underside of stem that OEM does not have. During usual use, you won't see it. After 2 weeks of use, all controls appear to be functioning properly and solved our problem with front windshield wiper pump. Good initial quality. Overall, very happy with purchase.
