Look smart and save a fortune
If you forget to turn things off, these are a great way of saving a fortune - and our planet!
We have several in our holiday apartment, they are made of sturdy, wipe clean plastic, look neat and smart and are a great help, preventing holiday makers from leaving electrical items on all day or night which could be dangerous.
Some have been working for several years without any kind of breakdown or fault.
I would definitely recommend them for use in all sorts of situations.

Not suitable with "sprung" door hinges
The quality is fine but the principal does not work.
Disappointed with this product because ...
1. Where the doors are hung singly ...... The door cannot fully close. To work the magnet must protrude which means that it looks wrong.
2. Where two doors are hung together ...... The catches do not push the doors open enough to get fingers in to fully open them.
Many, maybe most kitchen cupboard style doors have the self closing, sprung hinges which pull them shut. The push spring of these door catches is apparently not as not strong as the hinge spring so they do not push the door open far enough.

Great for unusual sewing jobs

Haven't had a chance to use them yet but they all look good - I'm not sure which one will be best for the job - that will be trial and error.
(I bought them to re-sew buttons onto the thick back-cushions of my garden furniture after removal of the covers for washing.)
Very pleased so far.
