Great way to start your day
It’s a great start to start my day. love that it has no sugar and it still taste so great. Everything I need in one glass, but sometimes I like to add organic spinach, kale and berries for an extra nutritional kick.

Ancient nutrition/Multi collagen protein /chocolate
Works great for my hair, and nails. I’m 72 and this has quickly become my best friend. I also love the taste. I make it with hot water. It’s like having a cup of delicious hot chocolate without the sugar or the caffeine. I have it twice a day, and if I’m hanging around the house I’ll have a cup in the middle of the day. Of course that’s just because of my lack of collagen at my age.

This product works, but if you are in your 70s, or have a lot overy lacks skin on your neck It can not make it all go away, but it will make it looks much better. You dohow to use it in the morning,and at night to keep the moisture the skin which give the skin what it needs to look tighter.
