It is new, looks good. Does work on clothing but what I bought it for was to restore vintage felt hats. The steam isn't warm enough to soften the felt. I find the shape of the water tank awkward to fill because the tank doesn't have a flat surface to sit on. You have to hold the tank with one hand and pour from a one gallon of distilled water with the other. I usually spill some water.

The Sansa e250 MP3 player
The Sansa is about as good as it gets. Having the micro SD card you can keep a library of music, videos, or photos. Just put in the the card that has what you want. The only problem I have experienced is the difference in versions. The latest version can use the SDHC micro cards, presently up to 8 gig. The earlier versions will only use the standard SD micro cards. The earlier versions doesn't allow deleting music with the player. You have to connect to a pc and delete files on the pc.

The Switch is as good as you are going to get these days. It came with no directions. Found wiring instructions on the internet but they were wrong. Searched again find instructions that matched all the wire colors. That was the correct wiring instructions.
