Comfortable relief and an excellent value
This belt really provided relief for my lumbar stenosis. Combined with exercises, I'll be ok.

Excellent product to maintain the shape of your long oval hat!

Heat and sweat will affect the sweat band of your expensive hat, and you should protect your investment by using this product or keeping your hat in a hat can. I wear a hat most of the time and I put this retainer in my daily use hat which varies from an expensive beaver fur or my straw hat that has a real leather sweat band, thus prolonging fit and lifespan of my hats.
If your hat fits right, it won't hurt and will stay on when you ride in the wind.
