I HAVE BEEN RIPPED OFF!!
I received the Lancome Eyeliner from the post office on Wednesday evening, December 28, 2022. I opened the package this morning, Friday, December 30, 2022 and here's what I found. I opened all 3 boxes that I received. While each of the eyeliners pens are in Lancome LeeStylo boxes, they are not new. When I opened the boxes, only one of the pencils had a top to cover the eyeliner. The other 2 pencils did not have tops to cover the eyeliner and the eyeliner just sled right out of the pencils. It appears that the 2 eyeliner pens were refilled with a non Lancome product. The refills weren't even ample sizes. The one eyeliner pencil that with the top for the eyeliner would not roll down. It would only click which means that is the end of the eyeliner which means it is used. I purchased 3 at a time because I am currently stationed overseas and this eyeliner is hard to find. I am so frustrated, upset and disappointed and needless to say very, very dissatisfied with this purchase.
