Vegan can extend your life, and the quality and f it.
A compelling study of the health value of a plant based vegan whole food diet without dairy, oils ( other than olive oil), sugar, white flour- and its ramifications for not getting cancer, heart disease, or diabetes.

Bunad Barbie
The Norwegian Barbie has a stylized bunad ( folk costume) that does not represent any actual region, but gives the flavor and shape of the costumes worn in Norway on National Day in May, and also worn on holidays such as first communion for teenagers.

Excellent summary of the Mission history.
Not just the pictures, but a good summary of the endurance and tenacity it took to build the CA missions from San Diego to Monterey and try and establish a foothold for the Spanish and the Jesuits in the Northern “New World.” The Spanish and Portuguese already had South America, Central America and Mexico- but their slight hold in St Augustine, FL allowed the Dutch, Swedish, French and English to explore all of North America. And eventually take it.
