Everything about Food in One Book
This book has it all! Food by category. Restaurants. Food by Restaurant. Calories, carbs, fat, etc. Nice size fits into a tote bag or your glove comparment of the car. I was amazed at just how complete and full of great info this little book was. Highly required if you are trying to eat healthier! Also great sections of tips, weight loss info, and more.
