  Won the auction for $20 free shipping. Even tho it said Free Shipping IN THE TITLE the seller said it wasn't supposed to, it costs too much. I actually volunteered to pay shipping, so they cancelled & relisted w/$8 calculated shipping. But they also raised the price to $25. I said we agreed to $20 plus shipping. Then they said they couldn't pay the fees now. They said I could buy it from them on fb. Then they literally just lied and said they spilled Kool-aid on it and it was ruined and ghosted
