Highly recommend.
I bought this as a spare because I have had my first one for over four years and although there is nothing wrong with it and I use it every day, I wanted a spare. I never thought something like this could work but it puts me into a deep sleep in about five minutes. Good for people very sensitive to sounds.

Not as legible.
I bought this to replace my old one which was falling apart. But the print is smaller and lighter than the original printings. I recommend buying the old edition used.
