  I passed your parcel onto my daughter at weekend and she has sent me these photos of the dress. Whilst this was listed as ‘brand new with tags’, it seems this has been worn, it is really quite grubby around the bottom. Since my daughter was looking for this dress for her wedding day, she would not have bought it had she knew it had been worn. In addition, the top part of the bodice appears slightly out-of-shape, again as if it has been worn. We would like to return the dress for a full refund
