Almost perfect...
The only thing I would add to this is a cup holder Inside the basket.

A fun and useful cookbook
I am an amateur cook in terms of Indian food, otherwise very experienced. My friend has this book and as I thumbed through I found useful information about ingredients as well as cool recipes, like for making paneer and breads. Good fish recipes, and good vegetarian dishes.

Delicious and versatile
A great sauce all on its own, also a wonderful base or addition to posole, soups, stews. It is very rich. I normally add water or broth while cooking with it. I have made my own green enchilada sauce from the step of "first you grow the tomatillos..." and I find the Frontera sauce every bit as satisfying.
