Keep calm and don't be sick!!!!!
I was seasick the first day on the QM2 crossing the Atlantic. The nurse sorted me out with an injection and a supply of tablets. Not Bonine but exactly the same chemical composition. Ever since I've used them for all journeys, by boat, car, train or coach. You can only get them on line!

Sleep better
Sucking one slowly when going to bed helps me breathe more easily through my nose.
