Don't be fooled! Petersen's NOT the lead....
Petersen is by no means the star of "Kingdom of the Blind". His total time on screen is about 15 minutes max, and you have to sit through a whole lot of boring, poorly acted "stuff" to get to Petersen's appearances. Once you get there, though, he gives a wonderfully ***NASTY*** portrayal of a Mafia Don.
"Food for the Heart" I have not seen. I can only hope it's better than "Blind."

Family entertainment (with a few bad words)
This is a light, engaging story of a pope who feels disconnected and useless, but finds new inspiration when accidentally locked out of the Vatican. He travels to a remote village to help a deaf girl who came to Rome to see him and ask for a new priest. There are a few four-letter words spoken, but for the most part the language is clean. Tom Conti is very believable as the misplaced pope, Edward James Olmos is the bad guy (and speaker of the bad words), and the supporting cast is likeable too. Been wanting this movie on DVD for a long time and finally have it!

Great show for eleven years
I've loved MASH ever since I saw the original movie, way back when. This collection has the movie, all the weekly episodes and a bunch of really good extras. I've only watched a fraction of the shows so far, but have already noticed how much the episodes had been "trimmed" for re-running on TV today. I hadn't realized how much I had missed of the subtle byplay of the characters, and I'm enjoying the rediscovery of an old favorite.
