Tons of Info

Great book that breaks down different body systems, conditions and ingredients for juicing and other prep. It has a long list of ingredients and what they are helpful for. Best part of the book are all the recipes it has which is exactly what I was looking for. Well worth the 4 bucks I spent!

Decent Book

For the price ($10, lowest I found on ebay) I wouldn't buy again. It is a decent book with a general overview on juicing. It has some good information but not the book to get if you are looking for lots of recipes, which I was looking for. If you want something to talk you through getting started and reasons for it this book can help. It will prepare you mentally and motivate you to get started.
