Repetitive and somewhat outdated
1 von 1 finden das hilfreich I have been studying alternative health for a couple of years and didn't find a whole lot new in this book. A few things I took issue with: repetitively urging people to give up their pets, encouraging people to drink tap water, suggesting boiling yoghurt/all dairy, telling people to stay away from apple cider vinegar and the dietary advice is pretty poor in relation to food combining. There's also nothing in here about glyphosate (that I noticed) and she doesn't even acknowledge the huge emotional component to disease causation. Some of the stuff on parasites is definitely interesting, but I have read much, much better books on health. Healing with Whole Foods is still my Bible.

Highly toxic smell upon early usage
1 von 1 finden das hilfreich I would SERIOUSLY RECOMMEND running this toaster 10-15 times without any bread in it, on the max setting, to allow the chemicals to burn off. The first time I started this in my kitchen the smell of burning chemicals was extremely offensive and ended up taking it straight out to the shed to run through a number of cycles. Although the toaster seems to do the job, I really wish manufacturers would pay more attention to these types of issues, we want our appliances to keep us healthy, not poison us.
