Fantastic home gym
This machine is simply a great home gym. The machine itself is sturdy and seems like it will last for years. It's cumbersome to move for one person (one small person, anyway), unless you have a hand truck. Get a helper if you need to move it up stairs.
I have only been using it a week, and already can see positive results. The more you use it, the more ways you will find to use it. Probably the best feature is that you can go from the easiest beginner exercises to workouts that will challenge a devoted gym rat.
