Very smooth quality product
This is a very nice small sized smooth reel, with all the quality we have come to expect of Preston Innovations.

Really good value for money, smooth & perform nicely.
Fabulous reels for the money, would have preferred a spare spool rather than a double handle as standard but hey ho, spare spools are reasonably priced should you need one👌
I think the performance at this price far outweighs the spare spool issue, I have bought 4000 &5000 since as I believe they are a really good mid price reel. Well done Matrix guys.

Matrix winder tray
Great for holding the matrix insert winder trays which fit straight into this one. It’s used in a stack with other trays and they are really useful for keeping rigs tidy on the bank or otherwise. Only disadvantage is when you have a stack of 4 with a lid they are a little heavy, but a small price to pay for clean, dry & organised storage.
