Not worth the money
Very thin, no pictures, no calories or carb status, not inspiring at all wouldn’t recommend

2 von 2 finden das hilfreich Book only gives you the carb amount which is no good if you are calorie counting recipes look time consuming with lots of ingredients

Okay but lacks information
Recipes look ok and easy to follow but not recommend if you’re counting calories, as the book only gives you the carb amounts and nothing else, understandable from the title it is low carb but when following a diet you need more information on calories, protein etc
