My family loves this game.
I play this game with my wife, my sister, and brother-in-law on an almost weekly basis. We thoroughly enjoy this game. On a single play through you do not go through all of the cards, so the game is different every time. I would recommend this to anyone who likes a slightly heavier deck-builder as you have multiple "currencies" to deal with.
