  The seller is not serious, he is a liar and fraudulent. He accepted the offer and then issued a refund. Be careful with him.

  20 years of 100% Positive reviews. This was a glitch from ebay I wasn't accepting bids $50 more than that let alone one that low. I did not accept their offer and I told them that! Then I immediately refunded them and also apologized explaining the situation, however, the individual had to be vindictive. If I were as they say, fraudulent, I would have many negative feedbacks and I've never had one and I wouldn't have resolved it immediately.
