Factory quality
These were way cheaper than the dealership. Never had enough of these to tie down stuff in the cargo area. Strong and secure. Seem like factory quality to me. Easily held down a fairly large generator of several hundred pounds with no issues.

6 von 6 finden das hilfreich Not as large as it looks. More long than deep. This, of course, depends on what you want it for. I use it for my workshop. Carburators, tools, spark plugs, etc. My wife does custom jewelry and makes custom glass wind chimes, so she cleans as she goes and after completion. Does an excellent job. The heater rocks, keeping the water hot or heating it up quickly. Leave the lid on to keep it hot. Seems well insulated. Did the tin foil test. Ate holes through some fairly heavy tin foil in about 90 seconds. Using this unit in conjunction with Simple Green Extreme aircraft cleaner. Pretty much cleans everything, but just plain water and a dab of dish soap works well too. This unit is rated at 22 litres. Not really. I'm not sure how they arrived at that figure, but it's actually closer to 4 gallons. Even then it depends on what your actually using it for. We adjust the amount of cleaning solution according to how much stuff we're putting in. As you add parts, then of course the level rise's, and you must allow for that. We have found no difference in it's ability to clean, weather it was full, or half empty. We found that sometimes dirt won't just foof off, but may require some light brushing afterwards. No ultrasonic cleaner gets everything off of everything, including this one. This is not a miracle machine, but it does do a very good job. Those carburetors for instance. It didn't remove the old gaskets or glue, but cleaned everything else. For this price and gallon capacity, you won't beat it. Noise is very tolerable, but again, that's a subjective thing. I've yet to take it to the full 30 minutes, as most cleaning is accomplished in about 10 to 15 minutes. I do my eyeglasses about once a month with no problems or damage to them. This will remove paint from certain items, so be aware of that. The controls are very easy to use. When the sonic cleaner timer times out, it stops the heater as well. You can run the heater by itself which is nice when you're heating up you're cleaning solution. There is no timer on that, so you want to keep an eye on it, although it does have a thermostat that's not too accurate. It tends to over heat in our opinion. I cant recommend this unit enough. This is definitely a good deal. The drain will empty the tank in short order. We have it positioned next to a deep sink for easy draining when needed. The power switch on the rear is easy to get to. It's not recommended to leave the unit unattended or the heater running. Good advice.
