  Seller sold me photocard that has scrapes all over it. Claimed she did not see them. She says they are from the manufacturer. Fact is the item did not match listing. She offered a partial refund but that is unacceptable. She can pay for return shipping and provide me a full refund. She said she doesn't accept returns. She accused me of possibly damaging the item and wanting it for free. I will let ebay handle it. Buyers be careful 100% seller rating is not always 100% customer Service Rude.

  Ebay stood by their money back guaranteed policy. They gave the seller a chance to properly accept the return and send me a label. Seller ignored ebay. After the deadline day Ebay found the case in my favor and gave me a full refund including shipping. Thank you ebay.

  Item arrived in great condition! Envelope was a little flimsy. But card was safe inside. Would have liked if a top loader was used instead of a penny sleeve to make cutting the tape less precarious.
