  Control was listed as " new "but was obviously installed as the terminals are scratched. The seller refused to give a refund stating the part was 10 years old. I own a professional appliance service company (Over 500 Five Star Google Reviews with A Five Star Rating) with 5 techs and have old stock. I would never in my wildest dreams sell a part like this as "new". I appealed to Ebay and they are not stepping in regarding this which is very unfortunate. See photos below. Buyer Beware.

  Seller cancelled order stating that I requested a cancellation. After reaching out to the seller and mentioning that I still would like to receive the item or the cancellation to be recoded never received a response. Reviewing the seller s previous listings: this item was still available to send the seller simply decided to resell it in a different post due to the bid not being high enough and instead of communicating this with me, cancelled and is now trying to have me revise my feedback.
