B-17 traditional balsa kit
2 von 2 finden das hilfreich Full kit. Laser cut parts make it easier. Full page plans show all detail including the notch points of all parts. Special hints:
1. build elevator first before finishing fuselage to be sure elevator will fit between bulkheads.
2. build rudder before finishing fuselage to make sure tail gun housing clears rudder.
3. be careful to insure bulkheads are all at right angles when joining both halves of fuselage.
4. cutting and fitting plastic parts are tricky; take your time. Paint them before assembly. Get olive drab $4 sample from Lowes. It matches Ultracote park flyer covering which I used.
I'm building a static model for display. Kit can build U-control flyer with two gas engines.
Overall I'm pleased with kit and would buy again.
