Strong Topical Painkiller
This was recommended to me as a stronger topical painkiller than Ibuprofen. Unfortunately, it isn't available in the UK and has to be bought in from abroad, hence the comment regarding not being good value for money. I bought a tube for myself and one for my sister who suffers with knee pain. She has yet to use it but it has worked well for my wrist and thumb joint.

Appears to be strongly-made. and a useful length. Not too heavy and the handle isn't too stiff.
