Will fit single slot
Some modding and this card fit my Dell Optiplex 780, Probably the best mod you can do for an old Dell...

Refresh your turbo to new
Economical solution to a still good overhaul able turbo, fit of bushings is perfect, tightened up shaft play to almost none with no bind. Had to reuse thrust plate as kit supplied plate was machined backwards causing the mount holes offset to be reversed, if used thrust washer would not be oiled properly and premature failure. Also reused some of the hardware as they were of superior quality than supplied.
