  Items arrived undamaged & overall acceptable, but not as described. Unknown why seller was not upfront, as we had several e-mails between each other about this listing before commiting, giving them opportunities to explain any issues. Fast shipping.

  I was unaware that the two Spindles sent were not suitable for the buyer, as they did not reach out after receiving them to express any concern. Will definitely seek to improve any areas noted that are lacking.

  Listing stated that 2 of the items were available, and that is what I had made my Best Offer for. However, what I was sent was instead of 2 of the same thing, one 50 pack of CDs was made up of various brands of blank CD-R's? Nowhere in the listing was it stated that this was what was being offered, nor was this ever stated in any of the e-mail exchanges with the seller (prior to OR after making the offer). Basically it was fraud, but since I did receive 2 cake boxes of blank CD-R's, I let it go.

  This was cancelled by me becuase the seller was professional an reached out to tell me it did not have a tag. Unfortunately I needed it as a gift so I had to cancel the order but I would order from this seller again just for being so professional.

  The Addy Walker doll arrived safely packaged and was exactly as described. She is in excellent condition, and she was promptly shipped. Seller communication was excellent! I am extremely happy with my purchase!
