Necessary expendable
Allows your offcuts to be as splinter free as your work side. Gives you the option of using your off cut side as your finished work side when cutting multiple identical pieces. Lable one for use with each blade and replace them when they pick up enough wear.

Step by step with photos.
This to date is the best overall shop and repair manual for Seagulls I have seen. It covers the full range models as of the books publication. This together with the manual specific to a model you have will give you everything by way of instruction you need to repair and maintain these engines. A true lay persons manual it has perhaps more specific photographs than a professional needs but the book (as were the engines themselves) is designed to be used by the owner rather than the professional mechanic. The true shop will have to ring bind this book as the bindings are not durable.

Ground Control
Lightweight and clean looking, it sits well in the basket. Fits nicely inside the grinder Baratza Virtuoso plus upgraded with a ports filter holder. Cuts down on waste and mess. With the grinder in a pan there are no grounds on the counter. The ring puts almost all of the coffee in the portafilter.
