  The shipping box was really dinged up by the delivery company, but thankfully this great seller had securely protected the items inside and there wasn't a hint of damage to our items. We totally appreciate the seller's efforts to get our item to us in good condition.

  We had a rare situation that my item was lost in the mail by USPS. After agreed upon time by the seller and me. to see if it would show up, the seller refunded my payment. Now I hope the post office does right by the seller. The seller was in constant contact with me through out. I do hope we do business in the future.
