Worth the price!
Definitely on the lighter side of protection. I wanted a case that would protect against minimal scrapes and scratches and not so much a drop onto concrete. That being said, this case is wonderful and fits my NEW Nintendo 3DS XL as stated. I recommend this product for those wanting to protect from scratches and scrapes.

Great graphics for its time.
This does not display color, but has an adjustable contrast which is really awesome. This is great for playing old games that have low resolution that doesn’t depend on color shading anyways. Plus these are pretty cheap and while the exterior may be beaten up I find that Nintendo has made quality products that stand the test of time!
