The Five People You Meet in Heaven by Mitch Albom (2003
IF you enjoy insightful and inspiring stories which hold the reader's interest until the absolute last sentence, you'll love this short but power-packed little book. From the first paragraph till the last, Albom captures the imagination of all who are lucky enough to choose this terrific story. Although fiction, many elements of this story ring true for most of us. Every single reader will identify with at least one, and probably several, of the colorful characters Eddie encounters on his journey which begins the moment he departs earth. The lessons he learns along the way will stay with the reader long after the book is finished. Fantastic read!

WOnderful rewource for anyone who provides care for or is a family member of mentally ill person; easy to read, layman terms and practical, helpful suggestions for dealing with persons suffering from mental illness; this book is one you will want to keep and reread as you encounter problems with your loved one.
