  The items were shipped quickly and arrived in a timely manner. Adorable Pimpernel cat placemats unfortunately they are the small 12 inch size and I wanted the 16 inch size, which is what the listing indicated. The seller responded quickly and offered apology and refund. I've decided to keep them and use them as hot pads rather then pay return shipping costs. I am leaving positive feedback as it was an honest mistake and was resolved to my satisfaction.
