It didn't last very long
Board and components looked new (not used at all) except one had clearly been replaced but done so correctly. Two of the tiny pins in the CPU socket were bent/damaged. I have good eyesight so I raised those pins slightly with a tweezer. Board works great. Raising the pins may not have been necessary.
UPDATE: The hard drive controller failed after about two months of use. I had to remove the motherboard and rebuild the computer.

Great value - One drawback
This was clearly brand new. Box had never been opened. It works PERFECTLY. Much better than cheaper wireless access points. One drawback - apparently it was previously registered with Netgear. When I tried to register it, they told me the product was already registered. Not that big an issue when you consider the savings. Be sure to update the firmware.
