I did a factory reset by pressing the Reset button for about 10 secs to ensure any previous settings were erased to make sure it would connect to my network without any issues. This saved me the price of buying a new one from Verizon or paying for monthly rentals. Excellent seller!

Easy to install, easy to sync. Works great!

Must have a neutral!
The switches work but I had to install a new circuit to the box to make it work in my older home without a neutral in the existing box.

Good replacement part.
Perfect replacement part. A little hard to install but with a little patience and some muscle you can get it done.
