  The HTC Vive VR headset kit arrived as described (used but in good condition), well packaged with thoughtful accessories for someone s first VR setup (high quality tripods for base stations, new foam pad for the face). The seller promptly responded to questions, shipped quickly, and worked with me to satisfactorily resolve an unexpected problem with one of the Vive wand controllers (touchpad not clicking in one direction - turns out it s a common issue and the DIY repair is easy).
