We made multiple attempts through eBay to find out what's going on with no success. eBay suggested we fully refund the buyer and cancel the transaction,which we did. Come to find out the buyer was trying to resell the transmission on his site with our address as pickup location. eBay found out of the scam and removed his listing. BEWARE❗

Excellent quality DSL without interruption.
My old 2wire modem needed to be retired since it kept turning off on its own ,so I went ahead and purchased this model which is also made for AT&T, but I think you can use it with other phone companies too.
The instructions in the book tells you how easy it is to set it up and connect with your DSL provider, but we had trouble doing so even though the AT&T representative over the phone tried hard. So they send a technician free of charge to come to the house and after he set it up, it's been smooth sailing. Also the phone company was trying to sell me their own modem for $100.
I purchased this for $7 plus $9 shipping, ($16) total.
