  I messaged this seller 10 days after I purchased the item as I was concerned because I hadn't received it. They replied that they would get back to me with tracking details after they got home from work. Didn't hear anything back and the next day I received it through the post. Checked the tracking and it was sent the day prior to me making contact. If the seller was upfront and just told me they sent it out late I would have been ok about it.
