Love the look but hate the shedding!
The white boa looked good but it sheds more than the black and red bias that I bought.

Similar recipes in cookbook titled "The Taste of Southern Cooking". Have it so didn't need this one.
Good cookbook with interesting stories behind the recipes; recipes reminisce the old days and ways of cooking local produce. Content includes several recipes for cooking wild game which is not my interest.
