  Item was packaged in a soft sided envelope. For the same price, could have been put in a box. Because of this the item arrived all bent and creased. Disappointing as it’s impossible to hang on wall now. Seller took many days to respond and once they did, they told me the bends might be due to temperature. And that I should try to bend it back with pressure and a warmth… Tried to send a follow up message, the seller Hasn’t responded since… don’t recommend. Shipping time was as scheduled though.
